Meet Mikahla

Hi there! 

 As a qualified Speech Pathologist with over 12 years experience and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant I have gained a lot of knowledge around infant feeding.  This is an area of infant development that I have a strong passion for. I find working with families and their babies to be very rewarding.  

 Infant feeding is a complex developmental task and early positive feeding experiences are so important. Babies learn something at every feed, therefore each feed can shape future feeding outcomes. Supporting parents with creating positive feeding experiences is something I strive to do each day. 

Outside of work life, I'm the proud mum of a  sweet boy and cuddly cockerspaniel. We love living here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast where we get to spend lots of time down the beach. 

At Nurture Infant Feeding, I aim to provide personalized care to each client, taking into consideration the individual needs and circumstances of the parent and baby.
